Booking made more than one month 30% deposit must be received, the balance of payment must be made 3 weeks prior to arrival by bank remittance to :

CANCELLATION

Cancellation takes effect the day on which the written notice is received. Cancellation fee are as follow:

30 days or more prior to arrival	10% of tour price
21-30 days prior to arrival	40% of tour price
14-21 days prior to arrival	60% of tour price
7-14 days prior to arrival	80% of tour price
Less than 7 days prior to arrival	100% of tour price

No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the passenger once tour has started.

INSURANCE

It is highly recommended that travel insurance be purchased. The third party liability is covered by a Myanmar Insurance Enterprise Government recognized (Myanmar International Insurance Corporation J.V. of Swiss underwriting). Insurance policy can be presented on request.

GROUP DISCOUNT POLICY

If the group is 16 pax and above, one complimentary will be provided.

CHILDREN'S RATE

Children(7years and younger) sharing room with two adults, using an extra bed or seat in coach and aircraft, pay 75% of total cost; Children(7years and younger) sharing room with two adults, without needing an extra bed or seat in coach or aircraft pay 50% of total cost; Infants (2 years and younger) not occupying a bed or seat in coach or aircraft not any charge to pay.

GUIDE SERVICE

Language speaking guide fee is included in tour price.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDE

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Include in the tour price are Accommodation (Twin shared basis), Transfer & Sightseeing in Air-Con vehicle, Entrance fees, Domestic airfares, Full-board of meals, Mineral water and Language Guide.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDE

Not included in the tour prices are Visa fees, Airport tax, International airfares, Airport and Hotel porterage, Insurance, Beverage, Personal expenses such as Camera fees, Tips…..etc.
